Shipping policy

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Shipping and handling charges cover our costs for processing your order as well as packing & shipping your merchandise. Due to the nature of our business, we can only provide shipping quotes post-order for large furniture pieces and will make every attempt to find the best option available at the time of your order. Upon check-out, you can either select "local pickup" if you are in the area, or "FURNITURE FREIGHT - TBD" at checkout so that we can secure the best freight shipping available. 

STANDARD DELIVERY:

In most cases, in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Packages are shipped via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Large furniture items are shipped via freight company and are subject to different transit times. If your item is unable to ship within 3-5 business days from time of your order, we will notify you via email. If you need an item sooner, please email us at hello@josephpauldavis.com to confirm if we can accommodate a rush shipment.

FURNITURE SHIPMENTS:

Furniture shipments are shipped via freight company and are considered Special Orders. We will coordinate with the freight company every step of the way to ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact JPDI immediately. You must keep the original packaging in which you received the item for inspection by FEDEX, UPS, USPS or Freight Carrier. It is very important to keep the original packaging and packing material, otherwise, we are unable to file a claim. You must let us know of a damaged item within 3 days of receipt of your order. After 3 days, we are unable to file a claim.

TAXES:

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped within Florida. Please let us know if you have a Florida State Resale Certificate as it must be presented at time of purchase.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Express Shipping is available for eligible items. Costs will vary depending on weight of the item and location we are shipping to. Please contact us for an express shipping quote at hello@josephpauldavis.com.
