Refund policy

You have 7 days from receipt of an item to request a return authorization. Please email us at hello@josephpauldavis.com to request a return authorization code and let us know which items you are returning. Please DO NOT send returns without first requesting a return authorization. We must receive the return within 7 days of authorization. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be in original, unused condition, all tags attached, and in original packaging to receive a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria. Shipping costs are NOT refundable, and will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to purchase insurance on all items you are returning.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Special orders may NOT be exchanged or refunded. Please note that this includes furniture, lighting, mirrors, and home accessories. JPDI is not responsible for manufacturer delays or slight color variations.

PRODUCT DISPLAY:

JPDI has made every effort to display the products featured on JosephPaulDavisInteriors.com as accurately as possible. JPDI cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee your computer monitor’s display of any color or detail of merchandise will be accurate.

HOME + BODY PRODUCTS:

Home + Body products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
